TIMELINE

How long will it take to receive my invitations?


On average, orders take 2-4 weeks to complete from start to finish. This time includes proofing, printing and assembly. If Address Printing is included, an additional week may be added to the time. Timeline is based on how quickly proofing process goes and receipt of your Guest Address File*.




Can I place a RUSH ORDER?


At the current time, RUSH ORDERS cannot be accepted. We take great pride in our hand-assembled invitations, carefully creating them to perfection.





ORDERING

How do I place my order?


To begin the process, add the quantity needed of your chosen invitation to your cart and check out. Once your order is placed, you will be emailed a questionnaire to fill in your wedding details. After submitted, your digital proofs will be created within 3-5 business days. You'll have 3 rounds of proofing to get the cards and text just right! Then, they'll go into production upon your Approval.




What is the price of the invitation suite?


Each Invitation Suite is a different price, since each is uniquely build with different pieces and design. If you'd like something different that what is shown, please contact me to build a custom package.




Can I order a sample?


Absolutely! Each item can be ordered in a sample or full set.




Can my invitations be in different languagues?


Yes! They can be in any language, as long as you can send us the exact wording. You would be responsible for all proofreading, as English is our only language here. You can even order 1/2 in English and 1/2 in the second language! Just make sure to note how many of each you need. There is NO extra charge for this either.




Can I order more invitations later on?


Yes, you can. We are happy to make more for you, however, they will go back into the current production order and may take an additional couple of weeks. It is always good to order 10-15 extras the first time around.





PROOFING

When will I receive my first proofs?


Once your details questionnaire is submitted, we will create your digital proofs within 3-5 business days. They will be sent to you via email for review.




Can I change the wording?


Yes! The invitations, enclosures, rsvp cards can all say whatever you'd like! We do not limit wording as we know everyone's needs are different. When filling out your questionnaire, you can add your exact wording in the Notes sections. There is NO extra charge for changing the wording.




Can I change the font?


You sure can! Upon request, we can send you font options to choose from. Can't decide? We'll send you your invitation proofs with a few different font options to help you choose! Font changes are FREE.




Can I change the colors?


Absolutely! All pieces of each suite can be customized to your wedding colors. All other color changes are always FREE. When upgrading to Glitter or Mirror accents, a price increase may occur. Glitter and Mirror accents are available in Backing Mats and Belly Bands. Check out our colors available!




Do you offer Maps?


We don't create maps here, but if you would email us a created JPEG or PNG of the image, we can create an enclosure card with it included.





PRODUCTION

How are my invitations printed?


Our invitations are printed professionally, in-store, on our professional-grade LED printer. We always use a high weight cardstock, which will vary from 290 gsm to 320 gsm, either ultra smooth finish to soft textured.




Will you assemble my invitations?


Yes we do! The prices listed include assembly of the layered and pocket suites. We will hand-assemble the backing mats and pockets. On a Layered suite, we will wrap the belly bands, ribbon or twine. For Pocket invitations, we will assemble the mats and invitation, but not wrap the band or stuff the inside pocket with your inserts. We will still add an adhesive to the belly band for you to easily attach yourself.




Do you offer Address Printing?


Yes! We have different options available for address printing, with either Black or White ink. This can be added after your initial order of invitations. For Guest Address Printing, we will require you to fill in our Guest Address excel file, which would be emailed to you. We will use this file to merge with the envelope printing, so all addresses and names must be entered exactly as you'd like them printed. We won't do any editing to this file once sent back.




Can you print White Ink on Dark Envelope/Cardstock?


YES! Our newest professional printer features WHITE INK. We love it :)





SHIPPING

Is Shipping included?


Shipping will be the customer's responsibility, depending on location and weight of finished product.




How much will postage be for my invitations?


Generally the invitations will require either a 1oz or 2oz stamp. Laser, Pockets and Layered invitation styles will need a 2oz stamp. Single, Standard invitation suites will only need the 1oz stamp.




How will my invitations be packaged?


With a full order of invitations, we will carefully wrap them with tissue paper and packing paper. Boxes will be tightly filled with air cushion to help prevent damage in transit.
